How Green Screens Work

This video on the green is very helpful in understanding what the green screen does and how it works. It is really well done and informative, also is slightly funny. He explains that the green screen is a worm hole capable to show anything. He says people have lied by saying that the green screen is keylight and removing certain hues. I enjoy the background music in the video. His examples he shows us in the video are cool and hilarious how they had a girl show up in the guys stomach.

Stereotypes in Animation

 

I find this article interesting, it is strange how I agree with this article on sterotypes on animations. An example in the article was disney females and there roles and looks in disney movies. The female characters were primarily shown as damsels in distress. Male characters tended to be the center of attention whether they were aggressors or victims.  The heroes are usally good looking character when the villians are often an unattractive character, example like a witch with the crooked nose and warts. These stereotpical understanding follow us to are thoughts on our genderal roles of life today.  That is my blog of stereotpes in Animations.
